Situated on 735 acres of South Asheville's French Broad River Valley, Biltmore Park is a planned community with nearly 600 homes that sits just north of Lake Julian of the Arden community. Once hunting and horse trails on the Biltmore Estate grounds, Biltmore Park and The Ramble at Biltmore Forest were set aside for development by the Biltmore Farms group. Biltmore Farms was also responsible for the vision behind South Asheville's Biltmore Lake. Construction at Biltmore Park began in 1995. Biltmore Park includes a variety of amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, parks, walking trails, and the mixed use community which incorporates homes, townhomes and retail shops of Biltmore Town Square.

Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Biltmore Park's community pool is free of use to Biltmore Park residents and is located alongside a neighborhood clubhouse with a kitchen. The community makes good use of green spaces with multiple parks, a playground, and walking trails. For recreation, a full size tennis court and basketball court are located on the grounds. Reuter YMCA Fitness Center is also located within walking distance among the Biltmore Town Square shops. Residents of Biltmore Park are also conveniently located to all of the Biltmore Town Square restaurants, shops, and the Regal Biltmore Grand movie theatre.
