Overview
The Biltmore Lake Homeowners Association manages the lake, trail system, clubhouse, recreational amenities through HOA dues which, as of now, total around $2,400 annually. The HOA is responsible for maintenance of all Biltmore Lake amenities, budget management, managing weekly trash and recycling pickup, community security patrols and design review. In addition the Lifestyle Director coordinates everything from live concerts to club activities.
