Mountain biking enthusiasts find a unique paradise in Bent Creek's doubletrack and single track which cover over 30 miles of hiking across the 20+ trails. Green's Lick, Ingles Field Gap, Wolf Branch, Deerfield Loop and Explorer Loop are all very popular trails for mountain bikers with varying difficulty levels. Beginning bikers might frequent the Deerfield or Explorer Loop, while more experienced bikers will enjoy Green's Lick which includes around a 700 foot decline in elevation over less than 2 miles. Elevation in Bent Creek's forest can vary from 2,100 feet to over 3,000 feet.
