Matt explained every step that was necessary, making sure we understood each one. He encouraged us as we got our house ready to sell. Then, with only a "Coming Soon" notice we had a contract the same day.

Matt gets five stars from us. He guided us through the purchase of a condo for our grandson and family, helpfully pointing out the pros and cons as we went along. He recommended and arranged the necessary inspection and legal services, and he skillfully negotiated with the seller. All of this was done long distance, and we never had to leave our home in Colorado to purchase the condo in North Carolina. We appreciated Matt's professional approach and experience.
