Did a great job with the perimeters we had to work with; home partially finished, pulling numbers to help with the current market conditions and seller not providing key information to help with an accurate final number for negotiations. End result took more time to finalize purchase and had to deal with an unprofessional seller. Byron worked well with all the variables Thank you, Tom and Lisa
