Byron worked with me in pricing my house right. He arranged a good photographer and got the best pics. My house was under contract in 2 days. I left the negotiating to him. Byron has been my realtor for years and I’ve grown to trust and admire him. Thanks to Byron, selling my house was a smooth easy process.

My personal experience; - was totally satisfied in the back and forth communications - was totally satisfied in the ease and goodwill-with no complications in closing - I would use again to buy another lot when that becomes available

I created a development a few years ago and at first sales were great. Then a recession hit in the 80’s and everything came to an abrupt halt.
