Ameliah Davidson feels lucky to call herself a Black Mountain native. One of her favorite childhood memories was the summer Clubs program in Montreat where she loved hiking Lookout Trail and going to square dances every Friday night at the Montreat barn. As a graduate of UNC-Asheville with a BA in History, she enjoys learning and teaching others about the history of the area. She has also spent time volunteering at the Swannanoa Valley Museum. Ameliah's roots are strongly grounded to this area as she is married to Patrick Samuel Davidson, a descendant of the first settlers in the Swannanoa Valley. Her mother, Rachael Lee, also works for Greybeard Realty as the Rental Manager and her father, Anthony Lee, is a local teacher and coach. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and traveling abroad. One of her favorite experiences was a volunteer trip with Habitat for Humanity to Zambia where she helped build two homes for a local village.
