Louise's Kitchen is a delicious breakfast and lunch joint located just 8 minutes from Montreat in Black Mountain. Also located in Black Mountain, Pure & Proper is a cozy all-day eatery. Foothills Grange

Offering an expansive outdoor space that is family-friendly (their kids' space with dirt piles and Tonka trucks is a hit), The Grange's permanent food truck serves up house delicious hamburgers, hot dogs, specialty sandwiches, and tallow fries. The main building includes an airy indoor bar with 16 taps, a large bottle and can selection, and slushies. It has quickly become a tried and true favorite in Black Mountain that you'll find yourself at time and time again!
