Jane Shockey is a Black Mountain native with more than 20 years of commercial brokerage experience in Western North Carolina.  Jane oversees the operations of Greybeard Realty's Commercial Division.

Chip Craig, owner and founder of GreyBeard Realty, received a BA from Davidson College and earned a Masters of Management (MBA) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business. Chip previously served as director of marketing at the North Carolina Outward Bound School and also brings more than six years of commercial and consumer banking experience to the company. Chip's commitment to the community is extensive, and he is currently serving as an elected member of the Buncombe County Board of Education representing the Owen District. When not in the office, Chip enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, trail running, skiing and backpacking.

Rosie Johnson, a Black Mountain native, has expert knowledge of the area and a passion for maintaining the region's mountain beauty. Rosie joined GreyBeard Realty in 2001 as rental manager and oversaw the company's growth from 30 rentals to more than 75 rental properties. In 2004, Rosie began applying her energy and knowledge of vacation and long-term rentals to sales. A licensed real estate broker, Rosie can give step-by-step guidance and advice for the purchase or sell of a permanent residence, a vacation home, or investment property. Rosie has proven she will work diligently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout any contract process whether representing buyer, seller, or both. When not in the office or working with clients, Rosie enjoys visits and travel with family and friends, long walks, hiking, reading and cooking.
