At Greybeard Realty, our number one priority is customer service.  We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations.  If any problems occur with any of our rental homes, we have someone on-call 24 hours a day.  To resolve issues quickly, we have well-established relationships with plumbers, electricians, and other maintenance people who care for our rental homes.  In our report card below, it’s possible to track our high level of service.  On a scale from 0 to 10 (the highest) our average scores for our responsiveness, the cleanliness of our homes, and our booking process are over 9.  For that reason, two-thirds of our business is from repeat rentals and word of mouth.  Please explore our website and choose a rental home to experience our superior service yourself.
